Absolutely everything - Dimitris went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We arrived the day of the storm. Dimitris made sure we were kept safe fed and watered during the curfew. Nothing was too much trouble for him booking restaurants reaervjng sunbeds etc etc etc - All The staff were amazing especially Vivi on reception and parima “who worked her socks off” this was our first time in Skiathos definatley won’t be our last and would definitely stay at the Bourtzi again.
The staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is close to everything (shopping spot, port, beach, bus stop). Everything was amazing, we had a great time there
