It consists of 2 recently renovated (2024) autonomous identical apartments one on each floor.
Troulos area is considered to be one of the best areas in Skiathos Island and together with Koukounaries area are the most popular and most organised areas. Near Anchor Villa and within walking distance there are super markets, restaurants, bars, café bars, swimming pools, the bust stop 20 and of course the amazing beach of Troulos.

Excellent location. Clean and spacious. Friendly owner, very accommodating letting us leave our luggage and have use of outside shower on departure day.
Filandria is a great host! We loved the accomodation and she was very helpful, even if she was busy due a issue with a shower. We recommend it also for the lovely beach only few steps far.
It is perfectly clean, spacious and comfortably furnished apartment with huge terrace. Decorated with love. The host is very attentive and caring, communication is very clear. Convenient location - 90m to the sea, supermarket and the bus stop few steps from the house.
