A fantastic quiet place to chill in the mountains with fantastic views overlooking Skiathos town and the Aegean Sea over to Skopelos. The three spacious double bedrooms limit you to six residents, but you can easily host a larger group of friends both inside and out. The outside offers ample space with a large breakfast area and terrace including hammock on one side and pool with six comfortable deck chairs on the other. Adjacent to it you have both a built-in and a portable BBQ at your disposal. The place is surrounded by a lot of land (you can just about make out the next neighbour) offering you a lot of privacy, enough to drop your garments for a skinny dip in the pool. During two rainy days we felt comfortable inside with a large dining area, a 2- and 3-seater sofa and additional seating on the ground floor. Upstairs you find another comfortable sofa in one of the bedrooms which invites you to read and snooze. wifi is excellent everywhere, inside and out. There are two unfurnished balconies with beautiful views and lots of storage spaces including wardrobes, drawers and a walk-in closet. Bathrooms are of good quality and a washing machine is at your own disposal. The very friendly hosts Erika and Lefteris are living in the souterrain accommodation and are invisible, unless you need them. You will make more contact with Toulouse, one of two cats. We’ve stayed in half a dozen different properties on the island and this is a big recommendation for your stay in Skiathos.

We’ve been to Skiathos many, many times over the last 20 years, but this year, without doubt was easily the best. We’ve tried to pinpoint why this year has stood out, and all answers point towards Villa Erifili !! From the moment we arrived, we all were struck by the beauty of the Villa and then in the morning, marvelled at the stunning views. Combine this with Errika and Leftiris’s care and support, then you have all the ingredients for a perfect holiday, of which this was. We’re trying to plan when the family can come on holiday together again, but for sure, Villa Erifili will be top of the list.
