Our accommodation consists of 2 apartments for 4 or 5 people for families or groups of friends and 8 studios for 2 or 3 people. The accommodation started operating since 1990 as a small family business and with the many years of experience we have gained we have greatly developed our tourist services to our customers so that they have an unforgettable and comfortable stay.
Villa Kavourakia provides accommodation with free WiFi, barbecue facilities, a garden and free private parking. It is located in the Kolio area of Skiathos on a small hill and the point of interest Kolios Beach is 800m away, while Vromolimnos Beach is 1000m away. Skiathos Airport and the port are 6 km away.
The accommodation provides air conditioning, and includes a fully equipped kitchenette, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. A fridge and toaster are also provided, as well as a coffee machine and an electric kettle. Cleaning is daily and slippers and beach towels are provided.

Beyond expectations. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and greenery all around. Clean apartments. It has everything you need plus things you didn't know you would need. They took care of every detail. Excellent location, in the middle between the two most important on Skiathos: Koukounaires and Troulos beaches on one side and Skiathos town itself on the other. There are also cute and discreet animals around: the lovely and shy dog Ramona and a couple of cats. And under the balcony in the surrounding greenery you can see sheep grazing. The friendly host Babis deserves all the praise.
The villa was lovely, set in beautiful gardens with stunning views over the sea. It was spotlessly clean with clean bedding and towels throughout the week. The host Babis was very helpful and friendly, helping with places to eat and ordering taxis, he made us feel very welcome. The resident dog and cats were all very friendly and loved our cuddles The bus stop was at the bottom of the drive and it was only 2 Euros to Skiathos town, great for shopping and exploring. The supermarket was at the bottom of the drive and was well stocked with the essentials needed for breakfasts and light meals, especially the lovely pastries.
The landlord and staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. They clean daily and change the bed lining every second day. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. There's a huge garden with beautiful flowers. Parking lot and a beautiful view of the sea. Nearby there's a supermarket too.
