Zorbas Family House is a family run business, located in the lush Agia Paraskevi area of Skiathos, with a scenic sea-view. We are 7km away from Skiathos town and 400m away from Agia Paraskevi beach, which can be easily accessed by foot.

At Zorbas Family House we provide studios for 2, studios for 3 and double bedroom apartments. All our rooms are fully equipped with: Kitchen, fridge, tv, free wifi, led lighting, bathroom, sea-view balcony and safety deposit box. All our rooms are recently refurbished with energy efficient class A appliances.
POOL BAR
Enjoy a healthy Greek breakfast, right next to our swimming pool. After your meal, relax by the pool on our comfortable sunbeds, that we provide free for all our guests. The pool includes a shallow area for children and a certified lifeguard is on call all day. The bar is open all day for drinks, snack, coffees and cocktails. The best music is played every night at the bar including hits from 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s Rock n’ Roll. You can sign up for our BBQ nights or try some real traditional Greek specialties, available on a nightly basis.

Great place to stay when on Skiathos - highly recommended. Nikos and the team were great. From welcome drinks when we arrived earlier than check-in, to great tips on what to do on the island. If we are back on the island this is most definitely where we will stay. If possible choose one of the new/renovated rooms as they have a great look to them.
The family has been very helpful. The aircondition was not working properly, but they did their best and it worked after a couple of hours. we had great fun at the "greek night" with greek food and dancing. it was very nice to know other people staying there. We had a great night and entertainment! the swimming pool was very big and very clean - really appreciated to be there! Every other day now towels and now bed linen - almost as in a 5 star hotel and the cleaning of the appartment was perfect. we will come back again! The surrounding was very green and it was a perfect, very calm stay !
Just everything - Zorbas Family go to extra ordinary lengths to ensure your comfort and well being.Our apartment was brand new, huge and pristine , with a lovely view. The food is the best we tasted on Skiathos - freshly prepared with love , and very generous portions.The pool is great, very clean and with a childrens’ area. At night after dinner we enjoyed relaxing , the music was really eclectic and relaxing .The air con was of a superior standard , we slept so well. We would like to thank the Zorbas family for creating this very special treasure . Guests we spoke to were on their fifth stay, that says everything.
