Ktima holiday house is located on the ring road of Skiathos in a beautiful area, which provides total privacy and peace. The port of the island is in a distance of 800m. The house can accommodate 2 to 6 guests.

House 1, consisting of a comfortable living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning are in the cozy attics. There are two bathrooms, flat screen TV and free wi-fi.
Studio 2, consisting a spacious studio with one bedroom which can accommodate comfortable up to 4 guests. It is brand new place with modern decoration.
Studio 3, is also a brand new studio where comfortable can sleep uo to 3 guests or a family with 2 children.
You can enjoy your breakfast either on the balcony or at the private yard. There is also private parking.
The local bus is running frequently and bus stop No 1 is just a few minutes away from the house.

Very nice and cozy apartment, well maintained and clean. Excellent location with respect to the port.
The owners were very nice and helpful, they even allowed us to leave the apartment after the check out time to facilitate the transfer to the airport!
Location just outside the center, however reachable in 10 minutes on foot.

The apartment is very functional and has an excellent kitchen.
The place is great, and has two separate sleeping areas, with additional dining place. Great little touches with the coffee and olive oil. Overall great for a car trip.
