Melina Skiathos is a newly built complex with 3 apartments located on the hillside of Kolios area in the southern part of the island. The complex location provides a great sea view and a lot of the island’s renowned green.
Melina Skiathos is only 300m away from Kolios beach, 200m away from the main road which leads to both the centre and other beautiful beaches such as Agia Paraskevi, Vromolimnos which are located nearby. Once you get to the main road you can find bus stop No. 15 should you need a bus for your transportation. The distance from the Villa to Skiathos town centre is 4.5km and 5.5 to the airport. The Villa is accessible by bus, motorbike, car. There are also taxi cars delivering 24 hours a day on call and the Villa provides a private parking area if you plan on using your own or rented vehicle.
The master bedroom includes a very comfortable king sized bed and the second bedroom includes a bunk bed. The bathroom includes a whirlpool setting shower. The Villa also includes a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities at your disposal in a single space with a comfortable living room. Outside the villa is a spacious patio veranda, ideal for relaxation.

Absolutely fantastic terrace with great views and the location meant it was very private, which was perfect for us. It has a very well equipped kitchen with everything you could need for a 2 week stay. The place is immaculate inside and out and we will definitely stay here again. The owners were very nice and helpful whilst leaving you in private at the same time.

Struttura splendida, nuova, pulitissima, ottima posizione, leggermente collinare La terrazza esterna è fantastica, attrezzata con ombrellone, tavolo ed una amaca doppia. Da lì si gode di una vista spettacolare sul mare. Inoltre la posizione rende la villa molto ventilata la sera. Arredamento curatissimo e nuovo, dotato di aria condizionata, cucina completa ed attrezzata. Un must la doccia con getti idromassaggio. Eccezionale!
Locația intr-o zona liniștita dar aproape de restaurante bine cotate și de plaje, intimă, dotata cu de toate, terasa cu vedere la mare și oraș superba.
