Welcome to our private Greek villa located on the exclusive and beautiful Kanapitsa peninsula.
Our seven bedroom luxury home is situated on a small hill, so whichever way you look you get breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. With our own large private pool and terrace, and being just a minute or two walk through private gardens and little footpath to the beach, it is really a perfect home for a peaceful, private and utterly heavenly holiday in Skiathos.

The villa has seven large bedrooms split over two wings, each wing with its own fully fitted kitchen, washing machine facilities, and numerous bathrooms.
The villa joins together through a shared airy living room with huge open doors leading to the main balcony with outside dining. In addition to all this is the real gem of the home: the glorious terrace with bbq area, lushious gardens and a beautiful pool – all looking over Kanapitsa and Tzaneria local beaches, with views across the sea to Tsougrias and Skopolos islands! Seeing is believing, and these views, from whichever of the many garden nooks and crannies or balconies you choose to enjoy your wine from, will take your breath away over and over again.

Please note that all floors are made of marble and there are no carpets!

There are a lot of stairs in the house so please be aware of this at all times with any spilled drinks, wet feet or if you have small children!

All bedrooms, as well as the two kitchens and main living room, have AC.

As previously mentioned, the house is less than a 1 minute walk from Kanapitsa Beach which has an excellent taverna and bar on the water, a rental place for water sport gear, as well as a dock from which you can take a very convenient and cheap taxi boat into town every hour in the morning and again in the late afternoon and evening.

This is an ideal way to get to town for a visit or dinner without having to worry about driving or taking a taxi.

We would recommend renting a car to explore the island’s many beaches and to get to things like supermarkets and restaurants.

There are 2 available parking spots outside of the house, available to be used by occupants of the villa.

Our beautiful villa has been in our family for over 30 years and is much cherished. There are bits and bobs of personal items scattered around. We hope to welcome like minded families that can enjoy our magic home as much as we do.
