In a distance of 6 kilometres from Skiathos town is situated the new built Palatino studios in the centre of Aghia Paraskevi area, known for its magnificent green landscape and the natural cooling environment. Surrounded by green flower garden distance only 100 metres from the idyllic and organized sandy Ag. Paraskevi beach and offers to every visitor all the conditions for a pleasant and relaxing staying.
It consists of 11 one space studios constructed with special taste and can accommodate 2-3 persons. Every room is spacious, luscious with a sense of cleanliness and freshness. The interior decoration of the rooms is in modern style with furniture in warm colours beautifully combined for a delightful environment.
All of them have AC, TV, fully equipped kitchen and spacious private balconies that overlook in the sea and in the green surroundings.
The studios are in the 1st or the 2nd floor and there is a supermarket in the ground floor such as large private and safe parking. Palatino studios is a family run accommodation very well organized, so it can offers the best service. The lady in charge who speaks very good English, German and Italian will provide you all the useful advise and information, in order to enable your exploration of the island, as also to hire for you a bike or a car.

Super quality place. Very clean. Fridge, aircondition, balcony, supermarket, motorbike & quad rental. Nice and quiet location in the middle of the Island. Near to famous beaches Koukounaries and Maratha. 6km to Skiathos Town.
Excellently situated holiday apartments, very friendly lady and her mother running it, nothing too much trouble. They also run the supermarket underneath the studios, which functions as the reception. (It's cheaper than the larger one just up the road ;) ) Kitchenette stocked with necessary pots, utensils etc. Room is cleaned and bed made up daily, which I didn't necessarily expect, having mainly experience of holiday apartments where that isn't the case. Couple of minutes' walk to the beach. Multiple restaurants a stone's throw from the property. I would definitely recommend a stay here!
I cant say enough about the apartment. The small apartment was very clean and well equipped. I had a sea view even though I did have the one and only main road between us. But still you could sit on the belconey and watch the world go by. The apartments are on top of the shop which was very handy. The owner and staff are very very friendly and will help make your stay a wonderful memory . Very good value would definitely stay there again.
