Since the late 1990s when we started visiting the island, we have dreamed of a luxury villa offering privacy but located in the heart of the cosmopolitan city of Skiathos. In 2016 and from the very first moment we found the property, our dream eventually became true.

Super location 5 min walk to beach and restaurants and in just under 10 minutes walk you stand on the pedestrian zone in the middle of Skiathos town, continue 2 minutes more then you are at Skiathos harbor with lots of activities, small restaurants and many options in terms of boat trips, scooter and car rental - Nikki is a super host with prompt response to any request, the daily cleaning, performed by Rena including changing pool and beach towels daily is top notch. The location is absolutely superb, a bit up the "mountain" 50 meters :-) on a slightly steep hill, but it is worth the effort !! The view from the sun terrace over Skiathos town and the sea could not be better.
