Our Villa is located 1 km outside the town of Skiathos in the area of Megali Ammos, on the right side of the road Skiathos, Koukounaries.
The transition from the Villa Nina to the southern beaches and the city is very convenient as τhe bus stops only 50 meters from the entrance.
Built on a small hill the Villa is blessed with magnificent views over the picturesque bay of Megali Ammos only 100 meters. away from the Villa Nina
The rooms also overlook the beautiful pine forest of the surrounding hills.

Villa Nina has been running as a hotel since 1972. It began as a small family business when a couple saw an opportunity in the tentative development of tourism on the island [in the 70’s].
With the family’s grandfathers making a major contribution in terms of manual labour, the first building was erected and the exterior layout was completed with flowerbeds and stone structures.
Since then the original building has been renovated and extended, while trees and countless scent-laden flowers have added beauty to the outdoor areas thanks to the hard work and unceasing care and attention shown by the owner. Today it is the second generation of the family who undertake the running of the hotel, making every effort to maintain the family tradition.
