Overview
Villa Persephone is located at a beautiful, quiet area, only a few steps away from ‘Megali Ammos’ beach and 800m away from Skiathos downtown. Around the villa you can find many restaurants, taverns, supermarkets, as well as a free parking space (right outside the house). Also, there is a bus stop only 3 minutes away by walking.
The 200m2, two-floor villa can host up to 6 people (friends or family), offering great moments of comfort and luxury. The first floor at Villa Persephone consists of a fully-equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), a bathroom with a shower, a dining room with a big, wooden table and a super comfortable sofa, one living room with cozy corner sofas and a big fireplace and one bedroom (with two separate single beds that can be moved to make one double bed). Additionally, there are many windows throughout the house so that guests can admire its one-of-a-kind sea view from anywhere in it! On the second floor, there are two more bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a big bathroom down the hall (so that it can be accessible by both bedrooms). The bathroom includes a washing machine and a hairdryer, too. Moreover, there are big windows and balcony doors that lead to a big, furnished porch with, also, a majestic view of the sea! The two floors are linked by a wooden staircase.

My family & I stayed here for a week this summer & had a wonderful time! The host & hostess were very gracious & helpful ensuring we had all our needs met. The quality of the home was superb & size was perfect for our family of 5. It was a 30-60 second walk down to the beach, & the quality of the beach (& water sports) was also outstanding. WIFI in the house was excellent, allowing me to keep up with work in the office. We will happily return.
We had the pleasure of spending our vacation in this house for two weeks in July.
The house is very nice, big enough for me, my wife and our 3 children. The beach is near (not even a 1-minute walk).
In 15 minutes, you are in the city, which is very pleasant.
Air conditioners in every room worked fine.
The view from the balcony is fantastic. The kitchen is well equipped, but we mostly ate in the neighboring restaurant (Thesaloniki). Also, very good.
Wi-Fi was very good and worked perfectly with our own streaming box (Mi-Box).
Persephone and Thanasis really tried to make it possible for us to have a nice vacation and they achieved that well. Thank you very much for that. All their restaurant tips were perfect.
We all flew home enthusiastically, with the great desire to return here.
If you want to have a great vacation, you will certainly not regret this choice.
Our family of 6 adults stayed at this villa as my daughter was getting married in Skiathos.
From our first meeting with the owner Persa we were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for her to help us with.
The villa was spotlessly clean and a real pleasure to stay in, the location could not have been more perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the fabulous beach where our sun beds were reserved free of charge by Persa every morning.
Our family also enjoyed the watersports on offer which Persa and her husband Thannis own.
We all had a magical holiday and we cannot wait to return next year, to catch up with dear Persa who we now call a friend.
I highly recommend staying at this villa, it really is wonderful.
