This is a unique opportunity to savour a lovely traditional stone townhouse in the heart of the old town of Skiathos ready to accommodate up to 6 people in 110 m2 in two floors, with a full of character 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen and a spacious courtyard.
Whether for your holiday, your wedding night or honeymoon accommodation, your escape from the routine or your idyllic remote home office location, this enchanting house will use all its charms to make you feel at home in every season you choose to visit.
You will be delighted by the generous, full of light 70m2 courtyard with a spacious seating area under the luscious shade of the vine tree, which promises cool days and wonderful evenings.
Inside, you will find the original wooden floors and traditional hand crafted floor tiles that transport you to another era.
Location: The house is located near the old “middle” square of the old town (Mesogeia or Mesochori) in a quiet side alley and only 5 minutes walk to the old harbour with its buzzing life and gastronomy or to Papadiamanti street, the main pedestrian road with the numerous shops and restaurants for all tastes. On your way there you can explore the beautiful cobbled streets of the old town, smell the essence of the night flower and the delicious tavernas of the backstreets.
Ground floor: On the ground floor you will find the air conditioned bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) that features an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The traditional, yet equipped with modern appliances kitchen is available for your meals.
Upper floor: Walking up the beautiful wooden, central staircase will bring you to the upper floor and to the large 25 m2 main bedroom that features a large king size bed (180x200cm), antique furniture, large windows and a double balcony door leading to the little balcony that overlooks the yard. The main bedroom is also equipped with an air conditioning unit.
The other side of the staircase brings you to the also air conditioned second bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) and large windows to the yard and the side alley. Next to it there is the large upper floor bathroom also with an own small balcony and a refreshing shy view to the sea towards the bay of the old harbour.
Parking is available on the public road nearby and at the main parking area of Acropolis is within a very short walk.

We absolutely loved staying at Vanessa's wonderful home. The house is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The house is perfectly located, close to all restaurants and amenities of Skiathos town but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. The outdoor space is comfortable and welcoming for eating and relaxing together after a day at the beach. The house is conveniently located a few minutes from the car park at the Acropolis. I highly recommend this place and am looking forward to visiting again. The host was incredibly responsive and accomodating and able to help immediately with any questions and made our stay very easy. We really appreciated that.

You can easily do anything on foot.

Vanesa’s place was the best part of our stay in Skiathos. The house is special whether in its interiors, the garden or the location. It is also fully equipped for a family stay (except for the washing machine which you can use at a laundromat down the street). Vanesa left us a beautiful gift at the beginning of the stay with a selection of local products. Thank you so much.
