Overview
On the western side of the intimate Aries Villas complex is Villa Leo. I’ve always considered this villa as having an extra touch of privacy and tranquility. Of course exceptional views out over the endless blue of the Aegean Sea and towards the neighboring islands Skopelos and Alonissos.
Split over three levels, Villa Leo has relaxed sitting and dining areas along with a fully equipped kitchen on the ground level. On the upper level are two bright and spacious double bedrooms, one with an en-suite WC, a single bedroom and a large family bathroom. On the lower level are a further two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. I love the fact it has its own hidden veranda area. This makes it perfect for 2 families to share but have a little privacy when required.
Villa Leo’s interior design is modern and fresh. The outdoor area benefits from a large swimming pool, garden area and a fantastic 180 degree vista of the surrounding area. This is ultimate holiday living for those looking for privacy and relaxation in a luxury villa.
All of our exterior furnishings are of the highest quality to keep you feeling in the lap of luxury. My personal favorite design in this villa is the fantastic pergola with undercover dining area that’s a real favorite for al fresco dining.

“THE BEST LUXURY SERVICE IN SKIATHOS”
Probably the best villa with the best luxury service in Skiathos!
We rented Leo villa for eight days for a group of seven friends. The villa is absolutely fantastic It is very spacious, providing more space than expected and are of the highest quality in terms of fixtures and fittings with large comfortable bed rooms, fully fitted bathrooms and shower rooms, and comfortable lounges and balconies.
Unexpected breakfast is provided in a separated terrace and the service was absolutely perfect.
The villa was cleaned from top to bottom every day.
The owner, John, is perfect: available 24h/day for all necessities. From the beginning John picked us at the port and went to the motorcycle rent office, he provided exceptional service including best restaurants, best beaches to visit and picked us to the port for the last day. Besides he organized also an extra picking service for one of our friend who came back earlier in Skiathos.
Surely John and his staff added value service which made the holiday relaxing for us.

“BEST VILLAS WE’VE EVER STAYED AT!”
As a party of twelve, our family leased the Leo and Capricorn villas for two weeks in August. When we arrived at the villas we we delighted with the extremely high standard of accomodation. The villas are finished to a really high standard and are extremely spacious and well equipped.
The pools and outside areas were also fantastic, great for kids and adults. Air conditioning in the villas is great and the beds really comfortable.
The best thing about these villas is the warm welcome and a helpfulness of the owner Ioannis. He made our holiday fun and relaxing by helping us to do what ever we wnated to do. The villas are in a great quiet spot with fantastic views over the ocean with a great cooling breeze which was needed in August. Being of 3km from Skiathos Town, Ioannis took us in to town most evenings to explore restuarants and tavernas which there were many great ones.
Breakfast was great and served by friendly welcoming staff. The standard of housekeeping was also excellent, this place really is spotless. I am sure we will return. These are by a good way the best villas we have ever stayed at.
“IT WILL BE HARD TO TOP THIS HOLIDAY”
We have recently returned from an amazing stay at Aries Villa. We stayed at the Leo Villa and it was exceptional!! Wonderful views, clean villa and gardens and a relaxing atmosphere. We visited with 3 young children and they loved the spacious surroundings and the luxurious pool, and not forgetting the numerous barbecues we had in the evening. Our stay wouldn’t have been what it was without the owner Ioannis his son Evan. Each morning we were treated to a wonderful and delicious breakfast on the patio and nothing was too much trouble for them. Every day they would take the whole family to the town, or the beach or even to the shop. Such wonderful people with wonderful kindness. This was definitely one of our favorite holidays. If you are fortunate enough to visit the wonderful island of Skiathos – make sure you book Aries Villas. Truly wonderful!! Thankyou Ioannis!
