Overview
A spacious house, featuring 1 bedroom, a living room with a dining area and a large corner sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and a washing machine. Also there is a large ground floor terrace. There is free parking in the area. The familiar is located in a very quiet area in the center of the island, only 400 meters from the port of Skiathos and a breath away from restaurants and the nightlife.
At the entrance of the residence there are only 5 small steps. At the entrance there is an open plan area with a living room and dining room, which can also be used as a workplace. Then there’s a little hallway leading to the bathroom, and then the kitchen. In the kitchen area there is a door leading to a small uncovered that has a sink and washing machine. There’s also a small hallway to the bedroom that has a window to the uncovered when you enter.
A baby park may be available in consultation, and in very special cases, a crib may be available. Taking the road up to a few seconds leading to the periphery of the island which at a time on the left can lead us to explore the beauty of the island, beaches etc. By making our right the regional one takes us in just a few minutes to the port, to the airport, to the monastery etc. Also very close by and before the port is the health center, Polyclinic, Police Station and other services. At the starting point of the buses that is the port at the back of the Elementary School there is City Parking City Hall is in the center and its access is easy only on foot.

Testimonials
I stayded at Dafni's house for a few days during a work trip. The house was super clean and exactly as it appears on photos. All furniture and equipement are brand new and spotless. Kitchen is fully equiped, airconditioning and heat works fine. Communication was excellent and I was welcomed by the host that explained everything in detail. They were actually kind enough to leave staff for full breakfast (including delicious free ranged eggs for their farm). The location is in the center of the city but in a very quite neighborhood. In all my stay was very comfortable and I was able to relax after work.

A spacious, modern, clean apartment with Netflix. Great location in the centre of town, 5 min walk from a big supermarket and a bus stop, 10 min walk to the port and the nearest beach. 3 min walk to the nearest public fountain with drinking water (you cannot drink the tap water on the island). The hosts were very helpful and communication was easy. They offered to pick us up from the airport and to clean the apartment during our stay. Any questions/concerns that we had were answered promptly.
