Overview
G-House Skiathos is a small traditional house of 69 square meters, fully renovated, located in the heart of Skiathos town, just one street behind the old port.
It is a small maisonette consisting of 2 floors.
On the first floor there is a living room with a kitchenette with all the necessities as well as a wc.
The space has air conditioning and a large TV with access, if someone has an account, to subscription platforms.
On the second floor there is a bathroom-toilet and two bedrooms.
In the largest room with a window to the alley, there is a spacious double bed with air conditioning, TV, and a balcony .
In the second smaller room with a window to the alley there is a double bunk bed, air conditioning.
It ilocated just a few meters from the front of the old port with all the restaurants, bars, shops and traditional narrow streets.
It is ideal for a family, couples or friends looking for a holiday home in the heart of the bustling old port with direct access to all the restaurants, bars and shops without the need for a car.
The house is just a few minutes walk from the famous main street Papadiamantis, from the Taxi stand or the bus stop.
Megali Ammos beach is 1 km away and can be reached in just 10-15 minutes on foot, where you can access water sports and the restaurants there.
Alternatively, 100 meters away you can take a boat that will take you to more remote beaches or day trips.

We had a wonderful time at Georgios house, it is right in the heart of Skiathos town, near the old port, main street and all the restaurants and shops. There is a mini market nearby where to buy food and snacks. The house is very clean, modern and stylish. All rooms had air conditioning, the kitchen had coffee machine and a kettle, necessary cooking supplies and dishes. What a great holiday! Thank you Georgios.
G house was great, clean well located and not that noisy at night considering it’s in the centre of town. We only spent two nights there but it was a great introduction to our island hoping holiday in the Sporades island. Thanks very much. We would love to come again.
