Villa Orchard is situated in Katsarou, a quiet and beautiful area of Skiathos with stunning views over the Aegean Sea and other islands. The villa, recently refurbished throughout, is able to accommodate up to 6 people and is ideally located being an eight minute drive into Skiathos Town, or a five minute drive to the nearest beaches. Fine walks are possible from the villa and there are two local, well-regarded restaurants nearby. The villa offers complete privacy, private parking on site and enjoys panoramic, uninterrupted views of the Aegean and local/neighbouring islands.

The villa is single story. All of the three bedrooms have air conditioning and fans, two bedrooms are en-suite and the third has access to its own shower room. The villa has a spacious lounge/dining area and a modern, well equipped kitchen with a covered outdoor eating area accessible from the living room.  It also includes free Wi Fi.

The outdoor area has an attractive garden, a private heated swimming pool and a spacious terrace with wonderful views overlooking the islands of Tsougria and Skopelos. There are a number of areas to sit and relax in the sun or shade under a pergola. There is also a private pavilion with indoor seating and a sun terrace offering stunning sea views.
