Overview
‘Villa Penelope’ is located at ‘Megali Ammos’ area, following the road to ‘Koukounaries’. It is only 120m.away from the homonymous beach and only 800m.away from Skiathos’ downtown. Also, the island’s international airport is in, almost, 4 km distance, while the closest bus stop is only 80m.far away.
Penelope villa is surrounded by a beautiful, big garden (with BBQ facilities) and it offers its visitors two available parking slots. The 200m2 building consists of two spacious, autonomous apartments and can host up to eight guests, providing them with exceptional comfort and luxury.
The first apartment (165m2) includes two big bedrooms and one master bedroom, in which there is a private bathroom and one office desk, as well. Additionally, the apartment provides visitors with a second bathroom, one fully-equipped small kitchen, a washing machine, a TV, A/C services in all three bedrooms plus, of course, hairdryers in both bathrooms. There are comfortable common spaces in the apartment like the living room, which offers great moments of relaxation, and the big porch, where you can take pleasure in its one-of-a-kind sea view.
As regards the second ‘two-guests’ apartment, it consists of one bedroom with a king size bed, A/C, a TV, fridge, one coffee machine, one toast machine and private bathroom with a shower bath and a hairdryer, too.
Lastly, it goes without saying that the villa’s cleaning services, together with the change of towels, take place on a daily basis.

The Villa is 10 minutes walk to the centre of Skiathos and 2 minutes from the closest beach. Poppy, the host, is a lovely person and make great breakfasts! She can also give you great advises on place to visit, she loves her island very much :) Towels are changed every day and the room is very clean. We will be back for sure if we be back in Skiathos!
We are extremely happy with the hospitality and care from the host Penelope. Amazing Breakfast. Supermarket is 1 min walk. Rent a car/bike is 1 min walk. Beach is 2 min walk. Place itself is clean, always replenished and is at perfect location of the island. The host made us feel like we were visiting a family member! Very considerate. Thank you Penelope! If we come back here again, we definitely stay at your place!
The location is great for walking into the city, but also close to the beach. There are a few supermarkets in walking distance. The room is spacious, and it was cleaned daily. There is a fridge in the room and toiletries in the bathroom. It had all we needed for holiday (including air conditioning). The breakfast was a bonus we have enjoyed very much. The host, Mrs. Penelope, was very nice and always ready to help us with anything. She also gave us good advice related to activities and beaches on the island. Thank you, Mrs. Penelope!
