The elevated position means that even in the hottest periods, there is always a little fresh sea breeze. You will feel immersed in nature, because you will be surrounded by green meadows, fruit trees, woods and olive trees.

As soon as you open the door of one of your rooms, you will find three swimming pools so you can take a dip at any time of the day. Think of a good swim as soon as you get out of bed for a healthy muscle awakening.

The pools are illuminated , so you can also enjoy a swim in the evening… or at night, why not? There is an outdoor shower and a solarium area with umbrellas and loungers.

This is the only villa where there are two internal rooms, which have no windows and, therefore, a panoramic view. However, being dug into the rock, they are cool even in midsummer.

We recommend them for those who prefer not to use the air conditioner.

There is an ad-hoc swimming pool shared with the other villas, 60 centimeters high, swings, a slide and a trampoline to make two jumps overlooking the sea.

There is no shortage of lawns where you can have improvised picnics or simply where to spread a nice towel and play cards, with dolls or other.

Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. All bathrooms (except one) have a bidet.

There is a large internal kitchen with table and chairs and a relaxation area with sofas where you can read, chat or watch TV.

There is also an outdoor kitchen equipped with a barbecue , where you can enjoy dinners based on roasted fish or grilled meat.

Situated over three levels, Villa Capricorn boasts a spacious and light living room with a veranda and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor.  It absolutely makes the most of the spectacular views of the blue Aegean Sea set against the rolling green hills of the coastal bluff below. The upper level includes three spacious and bright bedrooms, one with an en-suite, along with a large family bathroom. The lower level comprises another two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a second fully equipped kitchen with its own private entrance. This makes it perfect for 2 families to share but giving a little privacy when required.

The interior design of this villa is sophisticated with perhaps a rustic Greek feel and ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The focus of the design is to encourage our guests outdoors. I’ve always believed you should be as comfortable outside as you are in. All of our exterior furnishings are of the highest quality to keep you feeling in the lap of luxury. There really is nothing better than settling on a veranda that’s still warm from the day’s sun, sipping a cold glass of wine and reclining on our pool sofas as the sun sets. Heaven!

We love this apartment especially as it was our personal one for many years where there is a lot of our art on the walls, and even a driftwood headboard.

SLEEPS 2 (Plus Child)

The apartment has a double bed, a small kitchen, bathroom and small outdoor seating area, that opens up to the driveway and in to the main garden. We are happy to add a mattress and cot for a child.

Being at the front of the house, you will see the comings and the goings of the home, but as said, we only have 4 apartments so it’s never busy.

On the lower level are a further two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. I love the fact it has its own hidden veranda area. This makes it perfect for 2 families to share but have a little privacy when required.

Villa Leo’s interior design is modern and fresh. The outdoor area benefits from a large swimming pool, garden area and a fantastic 180 degree vista of the surrounding area. This is ultimate holiday living for those looking for privacy and relaxation in a luxury villa.

All of our exterior furnishings are of the highest quality to keep you feeling in the lap of luxury. My personal favorite design in this villa is the fantastic pergola with undercover dining area that’s a real favorite for al fresco dining.
