Our Villa is located 1 km outside the town of Skiathos in the area of Megali Ammos, on the right side of the road  Skiathos, Koukounaries.
The transition from the Villa Nina to the southern beaches and the city is very convenient as τhe bus stops only  50 meters from the entrance.

Built on a  small hill the Villa is blessed with magnificent views over the picturesque bay of Megali Ammos only   100 meters. away from the Villa Nina

The rooms also overlook the beautiful pine forest of the surrounding hills.

The area in which the Villa has all the necessary facilities to serve the visitors ..
You can find  3 supermarkets, a rental office for motorbikes and taverns.

Villa Nina  has been running as a hotel since 1972. It began as a small family business when a couple saw an opportunity in the tentative development of tourism on the island [in the 70’s].

With the family’s grandfathers making a major contribution in terms of manual labour, the first building was erected and the exterior layout was completed with flowerbeds and stone structures.

Since then the original building has been renovated and extended, while trees and countless scent-laden flowers have added beauty to the outdoor areas thanks to the hard work and unceasing care and attention shown by the owner. Today it is the second generation of the family who undertake the running of the hotel, making every effort to maintain the family tradition.

The house is situated just a few minutes’ walk from the main pedestrian street, Papadiamanti Street, and approximately a 5-minute walk from Skiathos Port. Despite its central location, Skiathos Pearl is tucked away at the end of a small, quiet cul-de-sac, providing a peaceful and private setting away from street noise.

The property features two separate bedrooms, a comfortable living area, and a fully equipped kitchen suitable for self-catering stays. It also offers air conditioning throughout the house and free WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided for guests’ convenience.

One of the highlights of Skiathos Pearl is its private outdoor space, including a small garden and an outdoor area ideal for relaxing, dining, or unwinding after a day at the beach. A private jacuzzi is also available for guests to enjoy.

Within 100–150 metres of the house, guests will find mini markets, a bakery, cafés and a pharmacy. Numerous tavernas, breakfast spots and local restaurants are reachable within a short walk. The nearest beaches, including Megali Ammos, are also easily accessible on foot.

Skiathos Pearl is ideal for families or small groups looking for a central yet quiet base, combining the convenience of town living with the comfort of a private holiday home.

Split over three levels, Villa Leo has relaxed sitting and dining areas along with a fully equipped kitchen on the ground level. On the upper level are two bright and spacious double bedrooms, one with an en-suite WC, a single bedroom and a large family bathroom. On the lower level are a further two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. I love the fact it has its own hidden veranda area. This makes it perfect for 2 families to share but have a little privacy when required.

Villa Leo’s interior design is modern and fresh. The outdoor area benefits from a large swimming pool, garden area and a fantastic 180 degree vista of the surrounding area. This is ultimate holiday living for those looking for privacy and relaxation in a luxury villa.

All of our exterior furnishings are of the highest quality to keep you feeling in the lap of luxury. My personal favorite design in this villa is the fantastic pergola with undercover dining area that’s a real favorite for al fresco dining.
