More than a villa it is like a private little resort where you can enjoy your vacations with friends and family in the many common areas like the main terrace, or the large swimming pool area, but also enjoy some privacy in the many private corners of the villa.

Featuring different buildings set in more than four acres of vegetation, a large pool with sea water, pool bar with bar stools in the water, a lounge pool area, a pergola double seating area, infinity jacuzzi pool, amazing views of Skiathos town and the nearby islands, common areas and private corners make the perfect setting for a dream vacation, family reunion or for the celebration of a special event with friends and family.

Located on the most desirable peninsula of Skiathos island, this extraordinary property is  situated on a spectacular, panoramic circular walk, where our guests enjoy running or walking in the morning or at sunset.

All parts of the property enjoy stunning views over the nearby islands of Skopelos and deserted Tsougria, small Tsgougria, Argos as well as picturesque Skiathos town.

Split over three levels, Villa Leo has relaxed sitting and dining areas along with a fully equipped kitchen on the ground level. On the upper level are two bright and spacious double bedrooms, one with an en-suite WC, a single bedroom and a large family bathroom. On the lower level are a further two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. I love the fact it has its own hidden veranda area. This makes it perfect for 2 families to share but have a little privacy when required.

Villa Leo’s interior design is modern and fresh. The outdoor area benefits from a large swimming pool, garden area and a fantastic 180 degree vista of the surrounding area. This is ultimate holiday living for those looking for privacy and relaxation in a luxury villa.

All of our exterior furnishings are of the highest quality to keep you feeling in the lap of luxury. My personal favorite design in this villa is the fantastic pergola with undercover dining area that’s a real favorite for al fresco dining.

Also you can have a look in our other 2 villas Sagittarius and Capricorn. We are looking forward to welcome you in Aries villas .

Situated over three levels, Villa Capricorn boasts a spacious and light living room with a veranda and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor.  It absolutely makes the most of the spectacular views of the blue Aegean Sea set against the rolling green hills of the coastal bluff below. The upper level includes three spacious and bright bedrooms, one with an en-suite, along with a large family bathroom. The lower level comprises another two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a second fully equipped kitchen with its own private entrance. This makes it perfect for 2 families to share but giving a little privacy when required.

The interior design of this villa is sophisticated with perhaps a rustic Greek feel and ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The focus of the design is to encourage our guests outdoors. I’ve always believed you should be as comfortable outside as you are in. All of our exterior furnishings are of the highest quality to keep you feeling in the lap of luxury. There really is nothing better than settling on a veranda that’s still warm from the day’s sun, sipping a cold glass of wine and reclining on our pool sofas as the sun sets. Heaven!

Please have also a look at the other two villas Leo and Sagittarius . We are looking forward to welcome you to Skiathos and to our Aries Villas.
